What are the payment options with PrintFactory?

We offer a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model so customers can be confident that any upgrades will be automatically administered, the platform will be wholly supported and the solution completely scalable. It also provides dealers with a recurring revenue. PrintFactory can be purchased as a one-off sale.


Why haven’t my customers heard of PrintFactory?

The PrintFactory brand may be relatively new to some customers but our team has been evolving the software for decades to deliver the possibilities we present today. Whether we’ve been operating under the Aurelon, GMG or PrintFactory umbrella, our purpose has always been the same: to streamline print shop operations for maximum profitability.


How often are software updates released?

There is no specific time frame for PrintFactory software updates. In the event of a software update you will be notified in advance of the upcoming changes so you can communicate these to your customers and training and support will be provided where required.

Software updates will be automatically available to customers who use the SaaS method of payment or have an active subscription.


What support is available at industry events or shows?

PrintFactory will endeavour, where possible, to support our dealers at industry events or shows. Whether you require a PrintFactory representative on stand or want to explore speaking opportunities, contact your PrintFactory representative with the details of the event and we will do our best to support your presence. Please note that if you are able to make any requests as far in advance of the event as possible, we are more likely to be able to work with you to maximise the opportunity.
